Meet the Doctors
Dr Ventura is a board certified chiropractic orthopedist and has been in private practice since 1983. He currently serves as a clinical instructor in family medicine for the University of Rochester
School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the New York State Chiropractic Association, and the American Public Health Association. He serves
as a chiropractic consultant to Blue Cross/Blue Shield and to numerous insurance companies. He is certified in managing soft tissue injuries by GrastonTechnique. He has served as a volunteer
clinician at the Mercy Outreach Health Center since 1988. He is an assistant clinical professor at the New York Chiropractic College. Dr Ventura has lectured to chiropractor and medical physicians on
quality improvement and evidence based care. He is married to Linda Ann, a Rochester City School teacher, and they have 4 grown children and 1 grand daughter. He is an avid runner and also enjoys
writing music and playing the piano.Dr. Brian D. Justice
Dr Justice is a board certified chiropractic orthopedist, having been in private practice since 1984. His past clinical/professional experiences include: chiropractic consultant to
Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Preferred Care, 7 Years as a doctor with Wegmans Foods Medical Department, and helped integrate a Complementary Medicine program into two local hospital
systems. He has served as a volunteer at the Mercy Outreach Health Center since 1988. Dr. Justice has given a wide variety of lectures to medical doctors, chiropractors and other health care
professionals, as well as to the public. His lectures cover a wide range of interests, from new approaches to treating back and neck pain, to issues of prevention, health,
happiness, and wellness. He has published writings in professional journals, magazines, and various OP/ED pieces in the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle. Dr. Justice is married to Kyle
and has three children. He enjoys just about anything, including playing and watching sports (especially with his kids), music, reading, the arts, and spirited conversation.
Dr. William DeSandis
Dr. William DeSandis is a graduate of the
University of Scranton where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He then went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from New York Chiropractic College in 1997. Dr DeSandis has
specialized training in disc treatment protocols. He has taken post graduate training in soft tissue injuries and is certified by GrastonTechnique. He has received certification in diagnosing and
treating Sport Injuries. He teaches National Board Review for chiropractors and chiropractic students seeking to practice in the State of New York. He is a member of the American
Chiropractic Association and the Greece Chamber of Commerce. Dr DeSandis has taught the Red Cross Back Safety program. He has also volunteered for the Boy Scouts of America career day and for
Mercy Outreach Center. He has given many lectures to community groups. He is married with three sons and resides in Brighton. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching football, basketball and
Nascar auto racing.
Dr. Eric Perlman
A Pittsford native, Dr. Eric Perlman, DC, is a graduate of Pittsford Sutherland High School, the University of Rochester, and the New York Chiropractic College in 1997. He is a member of the New York
State Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association, and is licensed in the State of New York. Dr. Perlman has completed post-graduate work in Chiropractic Rehabilitation.
This specialization focuses on the re-training of appropriate muscles to strengthen the spine and to prevent further injury. The patient is trained to complete the individualized rehabilitation
program at home, which helps to engage the patient in his/her care and promotes overall wellness. He also has post graduate training in treating Sport Injuries. Dr. Perlman has a son and
resides in Pittsford. He is an active member with the Pittsford Rotary and volunteers at the St. Josephs Neighborhood Outreach Center. Hobbies include weight lifting, running, reading, and watching
Seinfeld.Dr. Jeremy Lee
Dr. Lee is a graduate of Canisius College and a 2005 graduate of New York Chiropractic College. He was the recipient of several chiropractic college scholarships and was selected to serve his
chiropractic internship at the Camp LeJeune Naval Hospital. During his internship Dr Lee worked alongside medical and surgical interns during rotations in radiology, orthopedics, physical medicine
and rehabilitation and surgery. He is also a certified athletic trainer and has advanced training in managing soft tissue injuries. He is certified by Grastontechnique in soft tissue injury
management. Dr Lee is a member of the New York State Chiropractic Association and serves as the state delegate from Rochester area. He has lectured on injury prevention to the dance department
at SUNY Brockport. He is an avid weight lifter and has participated in body building competitions.Our Doctors
